Using the Disktrasa
Please note our disktrasa should only be used on hard surfaces.
If used on fabrics or upholstery please test on an inconspicuous area first.
Ordering
When placing an order you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Should there be any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to allow you to either cancel your order or to make changes.
When your order has been verified you should receive an automated e-mail acknowledging receipt of payment for your order.
During the transaction you will be transferred to a secure site for the taking of your payment. Birchtrade does not have access to any of your credit or debit card details. The payment service provider handles all card transactions in a secure encrypted environment.
All prices quoted are in USD and do not include sale tax.
Delivery
We will do our best to dispatch your order within 48 hours. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Postage
Postage is a flat rate of 5.00 USD.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so, in the unlikely event you are not, please send any unused and undamaged products back to us within 15 days of purchase and we will reimburse your card with the value of the returned goods once we receive them. We advise you to use recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed.
Privacy and Personal Information
As with all shopping websites, we collect personal information needed to process your order from you when you place an order with our web shop. We also need that information to notify you of any delays or problems and occasionally contact you with news, special offers and promotions. All personal details are kept secure. This information is solely for our own use and we will NEVER pass on your details to a third party.

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for the products on sale on the website. However we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in color between the image and the actual product.
You warrant that all details you provide to birchtrade for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are accurate and true in all aspects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment of the products ordered.
